If the information specified in Clause 2 of this Article is not completed and correct, the User will not receive any assistance from VINATELL during the use process and VINATELL will not be responsible for resolving the dispute. and risks arising from this account.

Article 5: User of accounts, passwords:

Article 6: Login:

1. Users will use their registered account and are provided by VINATELL to log in and use part or all of VINATELL products.
2. In addition to using the Tellme ID account to log in, Users can use their phone number, Email or affiliate account to log in to Tellme ID. When using this utility feature, Users agree to accept any potential risks.
3. In order to log in to the Tellme ID from the linked account, the User must take steps to register the account and accept the agreement to use this feature with the User claiming to have read, understood and accepted the utility as well. as a risk when using the login feature.

Rights and responsibilities

Article 7: Account holder’s rights:

1. Users have the right to change or supplement account information; Password issued; Know; Email registered; Security questions and answers and account protection phone numbers.

Article 8: Responsibilities of account holders:

1. To receive support from VINATELL, User’s account must be fully registered with honest and accurate information. 3. The user agrees to notify VINATELL immediately of any unauthorized use of the User’s account and password or any other breach of the security system. Users also ensure that Users always exit their account after each use at a public device.
4. VINATELL cares about the safety and privacy of all members who register their accounts and use their products. Therefore, if you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for determining which VINATELL product or content is appropriate for your child. Similarly, if the User is a child, he / she must consult his or her parent or legal guardian to see if the product or content is suitable for him or her.
5. When detecting product defects and problems affecting normal operation of VINATELL as well as related products, please notify us via switchboard 1900 63 62 92.
6. Users are committed to ensuring the legitimate use of digital information content posted on the Internet and telecommunications networks.
7. Users may be subject to administrative penalties, prosecuted for criminal liability if Users violate copyright and related rights when Users use VINATELL’s online social application.
8. Users must strictly comply with the provisions of Article 3 of this agreement for prohibited acts. 9. Perform other responsibilities as prescribed by law.

Article 9: VINATELL’s rights:

1. If the User provides any information that is dishonest, inaccurate or if we have a basis to suspect that the information is inaccurate or if the User violates any terms to use the Tellme ID This or other VINATELL product agreement is stated on the website, we will reserve the right to terminate or delete User’s account without the User’s consent and without any liability for User.

3. VINATELL reserves the right to refuse to support or handle inaccurate or incomplete account information in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 and for accounts that violate the responsibility to protect the account as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 8 of this Regulation.
4. VINATELL reserves the right to immediately suspend the account or lock the User’s permanent account if VINATELL determines that the User has violated this Terms of Use or that the User has not respected the commitment, abuse, threat, disrupt order that affects VINATELL’s reputation, image and business. In this case, VINATELL reserves the right to deprive all Users of the right to use VINATELL products as well as to require authorities to prosecute Users before the law if necessary.

Article 10: VINATELL’s responsibilities:

1. It is responsible for assisting Users in the use of VINATELL products.

Article 11:

We will try to fix product errors to bring satisfaction to our customers and we are not responsible for supporting or compensating customers for the above risks.

Article 12:

If there is a risk or damage in a force majeure event including but not limited to electric shock, hardware failure, software failure, internet connection failure or natural disaster. Article 13:

1. Loaded in-app money (TIM) is not returned in any case.
2. VINATELL shall not be liable for any risk of all transactions of Users with third parties during the use of VINATELL products. When the User uses the product and / or trades with a third party, the User understands and agrees to take responsibility for the risks arising.

The policy owns intellectual rights and other rights

Article 19:

All intellectual property rights that exist in VINATELL products belong to VINATELL or are legally licensed for use by VINATELL, under which all legal rights are guaranteed. Article 20:

Resolve complaints

Article 24:

The User agrees that any claim arising from the Use of this Tellme ID or other VINATELL product agreement must be submitted within 03 (three) months from the date of the violation. .

Article 26:

For disputes between Users or between Users with VINATELL, VINATELL will base on the system log to resolve. Accordingly, VINATELL will protect the maximum rights that may allow the User to fully register the information as prescribed. VINATELL’s decision is final.

Article 27:

User agrees to protect, reimburse and eliminate VINATELL from legal, procedural, loss and expense obligations including but not limited to legal costs, attorneys’ fees and related consultants. to solve or arise from the User’s violation during the use of VINATELL products.

Article 28:

The terms and conditions of the VINATELL Tellme ID and other product use agreement are set out on each product’s website, which can be updated and edited at any time without prior notice. to User. VINATELL will announce clearly on Website, fanpage about such changes and additions.

Article 29:

In the event that one or more of these Terms of Use conflict with the provisions of the law and are declared invalid by the Court, that provision will be amended to comply with applicable law provisions, and the rest of the Use Policy remains the same.
